Dear Mr. Rosenthal:
This letter is to inform you that effective June 9, 1997. Dr. Phyllis Sobel of my staff will replace Ms. Heather Astwood as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Project Manager for the subject site. As you know. Ms. Astwood was recently promoted and transferred to another NRC division. Since her promotion, she has been assisting in the remaining staff work to Jublish a draft environmental impact statement for the decommissioning of t1is site. Because Ms. Astwood's commitments to her new assignment have recently intensified, I've assigned Mr. Timothy Harris of my staff to assist in the transition.
