DOCKET NOS. 50-226 AND 50-301 MODIFIED AMMENDED SECURITY PLAN CHANGES POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 This letter and its enclosures are in reference to changes to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Modified Ammended Security Plan.
These changes do not decrease the level of security as prescribed in 10 CFR 73.55 and are submitted in accordance with 50.54(p).
The subject matter of the enclosures to this letter is considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions to 10 CFR 2, 50, 70 and 73. We request that these enclosures be treated as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION and that any reply you make that pertains to the subject matter of the enclosures be withheld from public disclosure.
