proposing a uranium enrichment plant that quality 5f Forest Grove and Center Springs, Louisiana.
I belleve that this f acility is dangerous and totally unnecessary. Furthermore, the siting of this facility between two low income African-American communities is a clear example of environmental racism and sets a dangerous precedent for other low income communities of color.
