This extensior, is necessary due to the need to resolve several outstanding issues with our Radiation j
Safety Committee which will not meet until January 1995. Nate that the University is officially closed from December 23,1994 until January 2,1995. In addition, we will combine these licenses with two other licenses which expire in March 1995. I believe these actions will aid in your review of our epplication and our radiation safety program.
We anticipate we will be able to submit a complete application for renewal on or before January 31, 1995. Please consider this letter as a timely filed submittal. Please contact Ms. Deborah Silva or me if you have any questions.
