The purpose of this modification is to: (1) increase the total estimated l
amount (ceiling) by $194.102.00 to $571.074.00 for performance of the subject contract; and (2) exercise the second option year, thereby extending the period of performance.
Accordingly the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Under Section B. Su] plies or Services and Price / Costs. Subsection B.3 -
Consideration and 031iaation -- Task Orders paragraphs a. and f. are hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"B.3 Consideration and Obliaation--Task Orders "a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered delivered, and accepted under the basic contract and the two option years is $571.074.00. The contracting officer may place orders with the Contractor during the contract l
period provided the aggregate amount of such orders does not l
exceed the MOL."

The guaranteed minimum under the second option year of this contract is $38.820.00."
2.
Under Section F - Deliveries or Performance. Paragraph. F.6 - Duration of Contract Period is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"F.6 Duration of Contract Period The ordering period for this contract shall commence on September
- 29. 1995, and will expire on September 29. 1998.
Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time l
specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein.
(See 52.216 Ordering.)
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
