'h cz C3 The enclosed revisions in part update the security plan to reflect the new TVA Office of Nuclear Power and other organizational changes. The Safeguards Contingency Plan is added as Part III. As stated in the October 29, 1984
-letter, TVA shall continue to maintain positive access control over containment as required by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(8).
The enclosed information is being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR Part 73 21. This receipt will also be taken as verification that your copies of the plan have been updated and the superseded material has been destroyed.
