k NRC-10-87-331 Modification No.13 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performance through 5/11/98; (2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option year, specify supply requirements, identify Government furnished property, and revise the reporting requirements, as attached; and (3) provide funding in the amount of $2,318.60, which increases the cooperative agreement ceiling and total obligated amounts from $20,570.76 to $22,889.36.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made to the ': Notice of Cooperative Agreement"-
