EXEMPTION OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF GENERIC ISSUE III.D.2.3, LIQUID PATHWAY RADIOLOGICAL CONTROL FROM CRGR REVIEW 2.
PROPOSED DRAFT REGULATORY GUIDE 1.114, REV. 2,
" GUIDANCE TO OPERATORS AT THE CONTROLS AND TO SENIOR OPERATORS IN THE CONTROL ROOM 0F.A NUCLEAR POWER UNIT The CRGR' Charter provides that "upon notice to the members of CRGR, and without objection, the CRGR Chairman may exempt any Category 2 proposal from review on the grounds that he concludes that it involves only an insignificant effort on the NRC staff and on licensees."
If there is no objection by the Committee, I will forward the enclosed memoranda which exempt from CRGR review the subject proposals. These matters will be discussed briefly at CRGR Meeting No. 72, scheduled for January 9,1985. Any questions concerning these matters should be referred to Walt Schwink (492 8639).
