Attached for your information and use is a copy of Revision 65e to the Commonwealth Edison Company (Comed) Quality Assurance Program Topical Report, CE-1 A, dated June 6,1997.
Revision 65e updates the organizational description section to reflect recent organizational changes; revises select position descriptions to clarify responsibilities; and editorially revises select verbiage to improve readability.
l It is Comed's position that the changes do not reduce commitment and do not require approval by the NRC prior to implementation. Comed will implement the changes immediately.
