The Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant requests renewal of its Shipping Container Quality Assurance Program Manual.
In accord with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, this renewal application is being submitted one month in advance of the January 31, 1985 expiration date.
Enclosed with this letter is a check for $150, as required by 10 CFR 170.31 and 7 seven copies of the renewal application.
