The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds no longer needed for '
performance by the contractor or expected to be owed in fee or indirect costs
- adjustments to the contractor. Accordingly. $21.006.45 in funding is hereby deobligated from Task Order No. 4 and the second paragraph of the basic task order is revised to read:
"The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $27.223.55 of which 1 $23.650.55 represents the estimated costs and $3.573.00 for fixed fee. The
