MODIFICATION NO. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 125 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-93-026
Dear Mr. Lofy:
In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter confirms verbal authorization provided on May 19, 1997, and definitizes the subject task order modification. The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed highlighted revisions to the Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated May 19, 1997.
The cost ceiling for the subject task order, as a result of the subject modification, is hereby increased by $81,929.84 from $127,088.04 to $209,017.88.
The amount ofM represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of represents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of represents the fixed fee.
