l NRC-10-94-142 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 4 The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) revise subsection B.3 Items and Prices to include prices for Korean translation:
(2) reflect replacement of the NRC Project Officer.
Accordingly, the contract is revised as follows:
1.
Under Section B.3 " ITEMS AND PRICES", add the unit prices for Korean (to English) and English (to Korean) translations in accordance with the attached schedule shown on page 3 of 4 and 4 of 4 of this modification.
(2)
Under clause G.1 NRCAR 2052.215-71 " entitled" PROJECT OFFICER AUTHORITY (JAN 1993) paragraph (a) is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
