Please terminate the above referenced Approval. This request replaces all previous applications.
. In discussions with you and your staff on May 27,1997, we requested that you return a corrected copy of the amended Approval to accommodate the pending divestiture of our business. We have reviewed the altemative procedures you proposed to finalize the amendment and determined the program to be unjustifiably costly and complex.
