-The Westin@ouse Electric Corporation hereby submits six (6) copies oY a revision updating the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan for the Nuclear Fuel Division's Fuel Manufacturing Plant located near Columbia, South Carolina. Pursuant to agreements readied at a management meeting, between Westin@ouse and the NRC Office-of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, on December 11, 1985, this revision consists of the current Part 70 F?eC Plan (in an improved format), updated to incorporate all recently approved 10CFR70.32 and 70.34 changes, updated Chapters 2 and 7 (to describe the new Item Control System), and updated Appendices.
This submittal of the Plan is being made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR70.32 since it does not decrease the effectiveness of the currently approved program.
Westincfouse requests that the enclosures to this letter be withheld from
.public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR2.790(d).
