The purpose of this modification is to provide a one month extension to allow the contractor sufficient time to 3 resent the results of the work performed to the NRC at no additional cost or 0] ligation to the Government.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
l Section F.3. Duration of Contract Period, is deleted in its entirety and 'the i
following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"This contract shall be in effective from August 26, 1994 and will j
expire on June 30. 1997."
i All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of $447.355.89.
