On August 19, 1996, we requested additional information which we needed to complete our review of your application. By letter dated April 11, 1997, we infonned you that we planned to terminate our review if we had not received the information we requested by May 31, 1997. l This is to advise you that we have terminated our review of your application.

If you desire, you may re-submit the application at a later date. The 4

application should include the additional information we requested in our l letter dated August 19, 1996.
