Dear Mr. Kuwieski:
The Emergency Preparedness Staff has reviewed the revised Westchester and Putnam County, New York, Emergency Response Plans and Procedures that were received by this office during January 1986.
The revisions for both Emergency Plans and their Procedures provide additional information, specificity, clarification, and updated response personnel alert lists.
It was noted that the Putnam County Pian has Figure III-1 as Page 35 and also Page 39.
A Figure depicting the revised Response Organization was not re-ceived for Procedure No. 7, Page 29.
The Westchester County Procedure No. 5 does not contain a referenced Table III.
In general, the revisions improved both County Plans and Procedures.
