PADUCAH CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST - AUTOCLAVE CONTAINMENT VALVES PRESSURE DECAY TESTING (TAC NO. L32011)
Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with your application dated December 23,1996, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance'GDP-1 is hereby amended to revise Technical Safety Requirements 2.1.3.1 and 2.2.3.1 on the autoclave high pressure isolation system. Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of December 23,1996. This amendment becomes effective 60 days from the date of issuance.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
