The report is being forwarded for your information and use as you deem appropriate.
i The report provides: (1) a review of the operating events related to moisture intrusion in electrical equipment at commercial power reactors; (2) an analysis and evaluation of these operating events; and (3) recommenda--
tions that, if implemented, could reduce or prevent most of the failures reported.
