The purpose of this modification is to increase the total amount obligated to this contract . Therefore, the following change is' hereby incorporated.
Delete Article IX - CEILING, in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:
" ARTICLE IX - CEILING -
The total amount obligated by the Commission under this contract is $1,151,000. The obligational ceiling specified above may be increased by the Contracting Officer at his discretion from time to time by written notice. to the Contractor.
