Per our recent telephone conversation, Sentry has downgraded four of the five subject QA Manual copies from controlled to uncontrolled status.
Controlled copies 1,2,3 and 5 have been deleted from our controlled copies record.
We have. enclosed new cover sheets for i
these now uncontrolled manuals with numbers 01, 02, 03, and 04.
Please place them on the manuals and destroy the old cover sheets.
