sw ENCIOSURE A Reference Figure 4 of the Security Plan contains references which are no longer applicable and extraneous matter which do not support the safeguards effort.
There now exists an Interim Radwaste Storage Facility.
To accommodate this location which is outside the protected area an owner controlled fence is installed and the original perimeter fence line has been reconfigured.
Figure 4, as revised, outlines the protected area and this segment of the owner controlled fence for information purposes.
The reconfiguration of the fence and the location of the Interim Radwaste Facility outside the protected area has been referenced in revised Figure 4 and revised Paragraph 3.1.1 of the JAFNPP Physical Security Plan (Attached).
Radiological review of this facility has established that the total redwaste scheduled for storage does not require the definition of a vital area classification.
Required provisions relating to isolation zones, alarm coverage and CCTV surveillance of the protected area are presently included in the JAFNPP Physical Security Plan.
