and July 7,1981. An amendment fee of $6,900 was paid for review of the plan.
In accordance with Footnote.1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subjer.t application for amendment, and the actual review cost is $3,135.
We have notified the flRC Office of the Controller to refund $3,765 to your Company.
