Your Physical Security Flan entitled " Security Plan For the Low-Enriched Uranium Activities at the Sabcock and Wilcox Company, Commercial fluclear Fuel Plant" was approved on July 22, 1981. The plan was approved in response to your May 16, 1980 application for amendment as revised May 7,

and July 7,1981. An amendment fee of $6,900 was paid for review of the

plan.

In accordance with Footnote.1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subjer.t application for amendment, and the actual review cost is $3,135.

We have notified the flRC Office of the Controller to refund $3,765 to your Company.
