Enclosed is a copy of an Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to Northern States Power Company's (NSP) application for amendments dated July 28, 1995, as revised February 21, 1997, for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units Nos.1 and 2.
