SUBJECT:
V0GTLE UNIT 1 MILESTONE SCHEDULE This memorandum will serve to inform Region II staff of the Georgia Power Company (GPC) scheduled fuel load date of December 1,1986, and to provide a proposed milestone schedule for Region II activities to support the fuel load date.
Hearings commenced March 11, 1986, instead of the previou-scheduled February 1986 date. To facilitate an orderly support of Region II activities regarding IE and licensing, it is requested that your staff review the proposed milestone s::hedule and take appropriate actions to support the schedule. If the scheduled fuel load date changes, DRP will inform the Region II staff.
Marvin V. Sinkule, Section Chief, Vogtle Project Section, will serve as the primary contact for Region II project management as well as for the NRR Licensing Project Manager and GDC licensing interface coordination.
