l This responds to the letter dated May 8,1997, from Mr. Walter MacFarland, that provided a redacted version of a PECO internal investigation report and an affadavit attesting as tc why the redacted portions should be withheld from public disclosure. We have reviewed the report and the affadavit and agree that withholding of the redacted information is appropriate.
