The Commission was briefed by members of the NSRRC on their review of the NRC's ret;ez; ch programs.
The Commission encouraged the staff to make use of Naval Reactors research information in caaes where it is applicable to commercial reactors and the data is available.
l As a separate matter, the' Commission is considering whether to retain the NSRRC and will issue a separate SRM addressing that matter.
