In accordance with our conversation

have looked into the question of service of the
" Licensee's Answer in Opposition to Late-Filed Petition for Leave to Intervene and Request for Hearing by Robert L.
Anthony on Amendment No.
2,"
dated March 11, 1986.
The question here relates to the fact that our certificate of service did not reflect service on members of the Licensing Board.
In checking into the matter, I found that we did not serve the present members of the Licensing Board because as of the date of our filing no board had been designated.
The second question related to whether the " Licensee's Answer in Opposition to Late-Filed Petition for Leave to Intervene and Request for Hearing by Frank R. Romano," dated March 11, 1986, had been served on the petitioner.
By accident the service list for Mr.
Anthony's petition on Amendment No. I was used without adding Mr. Romano.
He has been sent a copy of our reply.
