The purpose of this modification is to increase the funds obligated under this contract as a result of a cost overrun. Accordingly, the subject contract is revised as follows:

Because the contractor and Government have not finalized an agreement concerning the total estimated cost for the overrun, the amount of
$50,000.00 is hereby made available to continue performance of this contract for Section B under Article I.
Therefore, the tentative estimated total cost, which is subject to an upward or downward adjustment, pending final agreement, for full perfomance of Section
-B will be $231,239.00 of which the sum of $217,041.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which the sum of $14,198.00 represents the fixed fee.
D.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract for Sections A and B is $381,127.75.
2.
As a result of this Modification No. Six (6), the total amount of this contract is tentatively increased by $50,000.00, from $331.127.75 to
$381.127.75.
The total estimated reimbursable cost is increased by tentative amount of $50,000.00 from $303,771.37 to $353,771.37. The fixed fee remains in the amount of $27,356.38.
All other tems and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
