- i2. DESCRIPTION Of Aant,eentNT/an00fiCATION This modification is being issued to revise Section F, pargraph F.1.1. , entitled,
" Monthly Letter Report". As stated in your letter, dated October 8,1985, this revision is accomplished at no additional cost to the total amount of the contract.
Accordingly, the following revision is accomplished:
- 1. Section F.1.1., entitled, Monthly Letter Report, 2nd paragraph, is revised to include the'following:
l add: "(d) The License Fee Recovery format (copy attached) shall be submitted i, as a separate page of the " Monthly Letter Status Report'.'.
