I would like to confirm the information which I asked John Montgomery of l
my staff to pass on to you earlier this week.
l I sincerely regret any erroneous representation of my position regarding your accompanying me on my tour of the Perry Site.
I have never taken the position that an intervenor should not accompany me on my tour of a nuclear plant. Any representation to the contrary is not correct.
I would have welcomed your presence on the plant tour as I have consistently done with other representatives on my visits to other sites.
Again, I sincerely regret this situation occurred.
