y the responsibility for development and updating of the Generating Station Emergency Plan, for maintaining the operational readiness of offsite Emergency Response Facilities, for training and retraining of offsite CECO emergency response personnel, and for providing guidance on readiness of onsite facilities and personnel. This individual reports to the Vice-President, Nuclear Operations.

The Assistant Vice-President and General Manager, Nuclear Stations, is assigned the overall responsibility for implementation of the Generating Stations Emergency Plan. This individual reports to the Vice-President, Nuclear Operations .

The scope of the GSEP covers all Nuclear Generating Stations both during the licensing phase and during their operation.
