Dear Mr. Gormley:
This is in reference to your letter of June 3, 1985, in which you petitioned the NRC not to disclose the names of customers of Robert-James Sales (RJS) referenced in NRC Inspection Report 99901002/85-01 dated May 9, 1985. As a result of your request, we have reviewed the report and considered your petition.
Upon the receipt of copies of letters in which RJS notifies the customers identified in the above NRC report that the requirements of 10 CFR Part 21 were not applied to the RJS supplied components, a copy of Inspection Report 99901002/85-01, cover letter, and enclosures with all the names of RJS customers deleted will be released to the public and placed in the public document room.'
