This modification is being issued pursuant to your letter dated itarch 15, 1985, requesting a technical change to the Scope of Work under the above-numbered contract, for the project entitled "A Study of Uncertainties in the Systems Analysis Part of Seismic PRA."
The Contracting Officer hereby approves the substitution of the review of the LaSalle Reactor for the Limerich Reactor, and has determined that the change will be beneficial to the overall project.

Section C - Description / Specification / Work Statement, C.1, Statement of Work, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"C.1 - Statement of Work The work to be performed and the objectives to be met in this contract shall be in accordance with the contractor's revised technical proposal dated August 23, 1984, and as further revised by letter dated March 15,1985, and your revised cost proposal dated August 23, 1984, in response to the FY 1984 Small Business Innovative Research Program (SBIR) which is incorporated by reference.
The aforementioned technical change shall be accomplished at no additional cost to the Government.

Ernest Hill The Contracting Officer has approved your request dated November 2,1984, and has determined that Mr. Ernest Hill's services may be charged as sub-contractor costs through EEH Associates, Inc. The change will result in a cost savings to NRC.
