Management Organizational Changes NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374
Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59, Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend Appendix A. Technical Specification, to Fscility Operating License NPF-11 and NPF-18. This amendment change is being submitted for your staff's review and approval.
l The LaSalle County Station Management has been reorganized. The required changes to the Administrative Controls portion of the Technical Specifications (Section 6.0) have been made to reflect this new organization.
All functions are performed by individuals who meet the minimum acceptable levels described in Section 4.2.4 of ANSI N18.1-1971, for each respective requirement.
The proposed change is enclosed in Attachment A. The attached change has received both On-Site and Off-Site review and approval. We have reviewed this amendment request and find that no significant hazards consideration exists. Our review is documented in Attachment B.
Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of I111nion of our request for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachments to the designated State Official.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 170, a fee remittance in the amount of $150.00 is enclosed.
