Dear Dr. Murley:
Attached is a copy of the Limerick Generating Station Annual Report of the modifications made to the Fire Protection System during the period October, 1984 thru August, 1985 as required by 10 CFR Section 50.59 and License Condition 2.C. (3)c.
which requires the submittal of an annual report of changes made to the approved fire protection program without prior Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval.
The attached report consists of a listing of the following information for each modifications o
The Philadelphia Electric Company Plant Modification (or document) " Tracking Number" o
The " Title or Name" of the system, subsystem or document which was changed o
A " Description" of the change o
The " Reason" for making the change o
