Dear Ms. Shoemaker:
I am writing to you in response to the Atomic Safety and Licens-ing Appeal Board's Order dated October 24, 1985.
Said order refers to the scheduling of oral arguments on the appeals of the Graterford inmates and the Air and Water Pollution Patrol from the Licensing Board's Order of July 22, 1985, which was entitled, The Fourth Partial Initial Decision, Docket No. LPB-85-25.
I am writing to inform you that I will be arguing on behalf of the Graterford inmates during the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, December 4, 1985 at 2:00 p.m.
in the NRC public hearing room.
It is also my intention to reserve a portion of the forty-five minutes allotted to the Graterford inmates for re-buttal.
