Dear Mr. Elliott:
As I advised you this morning on the telephone, I tried to call you from Dr.
Linnemann's office last Friday to discuss scheduling of the deposition and the providing of documentary material relating to the Montgomery Hospital.
a Because the number in your filing, " LEA Response to 'Licens-ee's Proposal For Resolution of Remanded Issue Regarding Licensee's Medical Arrangements for Contaminated Injured Onsite Personnel'," dated _ November 27,
- 1985, listed your home phone number, I called for you there and left a message on a recording.
Not having heard from you, I called this morning.
Bob Rader will mail you the basic procedure, equipment and training documents for Montgomery Hospital from Philadelphia today.
As you know, the Montgomery Hospital agreed on November 15, 1985, to provide hospital treatment for victims of a radiological accident from
- Limerick, if it should be necessary.
Since then, RMC personnel have been working with the Hospital in developing the local details of the plan.
Because of the short time frame involved, the Montgomery Hospital has not yet had the final plan for review.
Therefore, the documents being forwarded to you today are
" draft."
We will, of course, advise LEA, as in the past, of any changes in the procedures.
This will also confirm that Dr. Linnemann is available for you to take his deposition at 10:00 a.m.,
on January 3, 1986, at the office of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, Ninth Floor, Packard Building, 15th & Chestnut Streets, G
