Dear Mr. Keppler:
I am enclosing a copy of my letter to Mr. F. Maura. As stated at the meeting, the fraudulent computer programs can be used for determining the conservative values of the test parameters. I promised to assist Mr. Maura in conducting such analysis. I shall be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I appreciate attempts to straighten the Zion test situation and to establis the estimate of leak rate which would nct require, if close to legal limits the retesting of the containment system.
