Dear Ms. Diggs:

By letter of August 22, 1985, the NRC requested that Alabama Power Company remit, pursuant to 10CFR170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations,

- $1,200 for review of an October 22, 1982 Alabama Power Company letter on the use of the PAD 3.3 fuel performance code to satisfy License Condition 2.C.(19)(a). The $1,200 fee is enclosed as requested.
