Operating License No. DPH-73 Docket No. 50-320 Technical Evaluation Report for the Waste Handling and Packaging Facility Attached for your review and appoval is the Technical Evaluation Report (TEH) for the THI-2 Waste Handling and Packaging Facility (WHPF). The WHPF is designed for the processing and packaging of solid radioactive waste generated during recovery operations at TMI-2.
This TER demonstrates that the construction and operation of the WHPF is not an unreviewed safety question as defjned in 10 CFR 50 paragraph 50.59.
Per the requirements of 10 CFR 170, an application fee of $150.00 is enclosed for review of this document.
