Upgrade Technical Specifications, Errata

Dear Mr. Berkow:
PSC submitted the Final Draft Upgrade Technical Specifications in Reference 1).
Subsequent use of this document resulted in the identification of several errors, both in the Specifications and in the Justification for Not Incorporating Certain NRC Comments, and this letter provides corrections.
As in Reference 1), seven (7) copies of the revised pages are provided for your review and two (2) copies have been sent to Region IV. to this letter provides corrected pages for the Upgrade Technical Specifications.
Please remove pages 3/4 2-3, 3/4 2-16, 3/4 2-20, and 3/4 7-59 from your copy of the Technical Specifications provided in Reference 1), and replace them with the attached pages.
Note that replacement page 3/4 2-16 corrects the title of Figure 3.2.4-3, and this change similarly affects Figure 4.1.9-3, as provided in Reference 2).
