The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding. Therefore, the subject contract is revised.as follows:
A. Paragraph 4' of Article 3.1 under Section 3.0 is hereby deleted in its entirety, and the following revised Paragraph 4 is substituted in lieu thereof:

- 8. In sunanary, this modification increases the total contract obligation by $300,000.00 from $5,410,245.GG to $5,710,245.38, which shall cover performance through February 16, 1986.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
