The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby requests an amendment to the v
provisions of the Colunt)ia Plant FNMC Plan to alter the measurement and measurement control p rograms.
The attachment to this letter provides additional information and justification for this request.
A check for $150 is being held in the NRC License Fee Staff Area (per Sandy) to cover the cost of this application for approval.
Westincjiouse requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with provisions o f 10 CFR 2.790(d).
