Dear Mr. Fairtile:
Enclosed please find the tables that summarize the quantities of radioactive liquid and gaseous effluent and solid waste released from the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS) at Rowe, Massachusetts for the third and fourth quarters of 1996. These tables are submitted in accordance with the YNPS Defueled Technical Specification 6.8.2.b. The summary of the estimates of offsite radiation doses resulting from plant effluem during 1996 will be provided in a supplemental report in accordance with Control 7.2 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual.
