SUMMARY
Scope:
This routine, unannounced inspection entailed 40 inspector-hours at the site during normal working hours, and four it.spector-hours on backshif t at the site in the areas of measurement systems (85207), facility organization and l
management controls (85203) and independent inspection effort (92713).
Results: One violation was identified - failure to, provide proper training for ACM measurement operators.
