INSPECTION NO. 999-90001/97-005
Dear Mr. Main:
On February 13,1997, Sheri A. Arredondo of this office conducted a safety inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the NRC license listed below. The inspection was limited to observations by the inspector, interviews with personnel, selective examination of records and confirmatory surveys of the Mariner Building. The wipes were analyzed at the NRC Region I analytical laboratory and a copy of the results are enclosed.
In addition, our inspection examined your correspondence dated January 14,1997 which ir>clude the disposal records for all of your gauges. The findings of the inspection were d:scussed with you, at the conclusion of the inspection.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
The survey results of your facility indicate that there is no contamination in excess of the values in " Guidelines for Decontamination of Facilities and Equipment Prior to Release for Unrestricted Use". Thus, based upon the disposal records and survey results, the NRC approves the release of your facility for unrestricted use.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
