REGULATORY HISTORY INDEX AND DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL HYBRID HEARINGS RULE (AB19-2)
Enclosed are a regulatory history index and certain documents for the final hybrid hearings rule (AB19-2).
I am forwarding to you for inclusion in the DCS only those documents which have not yet been entered in the system and, therefore, have not been assigned an accession number. These documents should be placed in Central Files.
The remaining documents in the index (i.e., those with accession numbers) are already in the DCS.
Some are in Central Files and some are available in the PDR. Please see that these documents are assigned the designator "AB19-2" in the DCS so that it will be possible to locate them by using that
. designator.
