Enclosed are eight copies of the consolidated application and the $150.00 application fee required for renewal.
As the International Atomic Energy Agency Certificate of Competent Authority and the Canadian Endorsement Certificate for this package are coterminous with the USNRC certificate of compliance, we request that this renewal be issued as expeditiously as possible in order to afford us sufficient time to obtain renewals of these other certificates.
